Available Rental Homes

Below are all our available homes for rent. If there are none listed, unfortunately we do not have any inventory at this time and we encourage you to check back again. Our rentals typically lease in 2-7 days.
All showings of our rental must be done online through the link next to each rental. You can also submit your application by clicking on the application button on the listing you are interested in.

Frequently Asked Questions

What things to you look at when approving a rental application?
  1. We check for any past evictions or if you owe money to other landlords. We do call the landlord from the last property rented.
  2. We do run your credit. We are looking at your last 12 months of payment history and will not accept an application if student loans are in default.
  3. We look at criminal history but will not necessarily disqualify you for having a criminal record. The length of time from conviction and type of offense is taken into consideration.
  4. We ask for at least 2 months of proof of income. If you are self employed, we request copies of tax returns.
How much of a security deposit do you require?
We require one month’s rent as the security deposit. The security deposit can not be used for the last month’s rent or during the term of the lease.
What is the minimum lease term you require?
All our leases are for 12 months. We do not offer any short term or long term leases past 12 months.
How do I schedule a showing?
If you see a home you would like to see, there is a button you can click that says “schedule a showing”. You can pick from a number of available dates and times and our leasing agent will confirm the appointment with you. If for some reason you can not make your appointment, you can contact us via the reminders that are sent to your phone when the appointment is booked. You can also call our office.
