Community Manager, CMCA
Samantha, a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), manages a diverse portfolio of HOA communities throughout Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and surrounding areas.
She enjoys spending time with her children, crafting, and reading. Samantha has an Associate’s Degree and is in pursuit of her Bachelor’s Degree in Business. Her background including transportation and logistics management, vendor relations, collections, technology, design, and sales allow her to provide a diverse range of knowledge and experience to her clients.
She works directly with the Board of Directors and members to establish and facilitate communication and participation to help her communities run more effectively.
Her goal is to provide superior and prompt service and to have beautifully maintained communities that are financially efficient.
President, CRS, CMCA, AMS, PCAM
Melanie has been managing homeowners associations and condominiums for over 16 years and has worked with communities as small as 16 homes to as big as 3500 homes. She has obtained the prestigious designation of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) and is one of only 6 in NM. In addition to her PCAM designation, Melanie also has her CMCA (Certified Community Association Manager) and AMS (Association Management Specialist) designations. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and has run two successful companies with record growth.
She was on the Board of NM’s Community Associations Institute chapter for many years and has demonstrated her expertise and professionalism with her many clients over the years.
Melanie is also a licensed real estate broker and has assisted hundreds of families in finding their new homes either through buying or renting. She earned the prestigious CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation in 2014. Only 3% of Realtors have obtained this designation known for excellence.
Theresa has a decade of successful experience in home management. She specializes in Residential Property Management and regularly attends training sessions that showcase new property management trends.
She oversees all aspects of the Property Management Department to ensure both Owners and Tenants have a successful, professional and enjoyable experience.
Theresa works closely with all parties to coordinate needed repairs in a timely and cost-effective way. Ensuring our tenants are safe and comfortable is a top priority for her. She provides superior service and goes above and beyond to ensure that properties are kept in the best condition and that Tenants experience their best tenancy.
Theresa enjoys a good Netflix binge and spending time with her family.
Paul is a pro at finding the best home for his clients. He has been selling homes for 7 years for Blue Door Realty. Paul is an Albuquerque native and knows the market.
Paul was previously an operations manager for a large office supply company in Albuquerque and he has a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism. In his spare time, he is an avid racing fan and the father of 4 boys.
Jennifer has worked in the HOA management for over 13 years. In this time, she has worked a variety of accounting and administrative jobs and built relationships with many banks, vendors, homeowners, and employees over the years. She is responsible for generating the financials for Blue Door clients and has helped bring down delinquency rates in many communities by helping develop policies and procedures.
Morgan assists the Community Managers with inspecting Blue Door’s homeowner associations and ensuring compliance to the community’s standards and governing documents. He is currently attending college classes to obtain his degree in Psychology.
In his spare time, Morgan enjoys working out and playing video games.
